1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using JetVan VIP services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
JetVan VIP provides luxury ground transportation services including airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly charter, special events, and city tours. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking and Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation. Prices are quoted in EUR and may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and special requirements. Payment methods include credit cards and bank transfer against an invoice.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup time and location. A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes (60 minutes for airport pickups) is included. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles.
6. Liability
JetVan VIP maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all passengers. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Personal belongings left in vehicles are the passenger's responsibility.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
